We hope that you love your purchase! However, we understand that not every purchase will fit and returns are sometimes needed. We accept returns & exchanges according to the instructions below. In the event the item is sold out, we will either offer a refund, minus the shipping charges, or a store credit that can be used on future purchases.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES
- All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the shipment.
- All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, makeup and deodorant free, animal hair free, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items with any on these issues will be refused. All tags must be attached.
- Shoes must be returned inside their original packaging.
- Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.
- We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit back to us. Shipping charges for mailing back returns are the responsibility of the customer and we do not reimburse for shipping return items back to us.

If you believe your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
